Buckminster-Fuller said it best, “You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”
Whether an organisational change or a new product, innovation requires a systemic approach of creating not only a different solution but a better one too.
To do so, we take the time to understand our clients’ complex work ecosystems, find what excites and matters to them, and help them bring about their vision coherently and very practically throughout their organisations.
Adapt is based in Paris, France but works globally and can partner with a leading network of like-minded thinkers and doers to cover all our clients’ innovation needs.
Too often, we have seen innovation as a buzzword leading to “post-it fatigue”, manager frustration and employee disengagement. Worse, innovation consulting can sometimes be driven by ready-made solutions such as incubators, venture capital funds, or agile methodology. And though there is nothing wrong with any of these solutions, to be effective, they need to be used for an explicit and coherent purpose within a given organisation.
True Innovation management should be about preparing the future. It offers the opportunity to question the present and to test and craft not only what, but how the future will be.
Adapt’s goal is to help organisations with those questions and give them the means and courage to develop unique, inspired and purposeful solutions.
We draw from a rich and diverse experience, and a wide array of tools to complement our clients’ existing expertise and culture. We do not fight against the existing reality, we make sure all involved prefer the reality we help our clients come up with.
We work with organizations of all sizes, from scrappy start-ups to leading brands,
in the private, public, and social sectors.
